We would like to inform you that on 23 August 2022, at the 14th extraordinary session, the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Act on urgent measures in the area of value added tax to mitigate the rise in energy product prices (ZNUDDVE), which is expected to be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia no later than 31 8. 2022 and the entry into force of the law from 1. 9. 2022.
