It is now six months since Russia launched its war of aggression on Ukraine. In response, the EU gradually imposed tough sanctions on Russia – as did the US. The United States also reacted with restrictive measures, massively limiting trade in goods, software and technologies. We are talking about goods that can be used for both military and civilian purposes.
