The pilot plan will start on July 2, 2022, then the obligation will be on January 2, 2023 for companies that are on the list shared by the tax authority. The total implementation process consists of 10 phases and there are shared company lists for each phase, which you can find here. Gradually, the scope of e-Invoicing is being expanded and the final stage is in October 2024. Issued invoice must be in XML format additionally digital signature is required.
