1. What is the general legislative framework regulating packaging and plastic waste in your jurisdiction?
The general legislative framework in the Czech Republic consists in particular of Act No. 477/2001 Coll. on Packaging, as amended (the “Packaging Act”), Act No. 541/2020 Coll. on Wastes, as amended (the “Wastes Act”) and Act No. 542/2020 Coll. on End-of Life Products, as amended (the “End-of Life Products Act”).
