Now the taxpayer has the right to claim a VAT refund before the end of the desk audit, if two conditions are simultaneously met on the date of submission of the application for the application of the specified procedure:
the taxpayer is not in the process of reorganization or liquidation;
no insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him.
