As part of anti-sanction measures for the tax periods of 2022 and 2023, a number of taxpayers may apply for an accelerated VAT refund in an amount not exceeding the total amount of taxes and insurance premiums paid for the previous calendar year, even without presenting a bank guarantee or security.
