With sentence no. 24581 yesterday, the Court of Cassation reiterated: ‘This applies both in the circumstance in which it is the taxpayer’s responsibility to provide proof of the conditions for the reduced rate, and in the circumstance in which it is the Tax Administration who support its applicability.
