The Ukraine Parliament is considering Draft Law 7611, which was submitted on 28 July 2022 and provides for the extension of the VAT exemption for supplies of software products. Ukraine has provided a VAT exemption on supplies of software products since 1 January 2013, with the exemption currently scheduled to expire on 1 January 2023. Draft Law 7611 would extend the exemption a further five years, so that it expires on 1 January 2028.
