Contrary to what was previously communicated, quarterly declarants do have until August 10, 2022 to submit the return for the 2nd quarter of 2022 and benefit from a possible refund of VAT. The same submission period applies to monthly declarants who do not have a monthly refund permit or who are not ‘starters’.
