Comments on ECJ C-294/21: Tourist cruises on the German-Luxembourg part of the Moselle constitute taxable services

The EU Court of Justice has ruled that Luxembourg must tax the tourist cruises operated by Navitours Sàrl on the part of the Moselle that falls under the joint sovereignty of Luxembourg and Germany.
