The services are subject to a VAT rate of 22% as they are not attributable to school or university teaching. The Agency’s intervention is in continuity with its previous orientation so that the exemption regime is recognized exclusively for courses aimed at carrying out a professional activity; if instead the teaching has a purely recreational or sporting purpose, then it is subject to VAT.
