From 1st January 2022, a new digital Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T) based VAT return will be introduced in Norway.
This system will replace the current manual VAT filing form and the first application period will be January – February 2022. It will include an extension of the existing 19 boxes reporting to 30 boxes, including 25 mandatory boxes.
