The Ministry of Finance has started an internet consultation on the Supplementary Margin Scheme Adjustment Act.
This is an amendment to the Turnover Tax Act 1968 in connection with an adjustment of the supplementary regulation for antiques, art and collectibles. This ensures that the additional margin scheme does not apply if the reseller has purchased an antique, art or collector’s item at a reduced rate.
