Due to the continuing Russia-Ukraine crisis, the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) approved for consideration Bill No. 7483, which temporarily modifies the VAT payment conditions for taxpayers under martial law and for up to 120 days after martial law is lifted.
The proposed legislation would allow taxpayers that provide and transport:
- thermal energy,
- hot water, and
- sewage services
