The published decision of the EU Council shows that the mandatory National e-Invoice System will be introduced from January 1, 2024. The EU Council supported the obligatory KSEF in Poland with the exception of the date of entry into force of the regulations. This means that until the end of 2023, the KSeF will remain a voluntary solution for taxpayers.
