Entrepreneurs can deduct the VAT charged on the purchase of investment goods. The condition is that the entrepreneur uses the investment property for VAT-taxed activities. And the deduction for investment goods is not yet final. There is a review period of a number of years. This revision may result in a refund of the deducted VAT or an additional VAT refund. Knowledge of the revision rules is therefore a ‘must’.
