In a decision of June 17, 2022 (F.20.0038.F), the Court of Cassation ruled that a VAT credit on the VAT credit on the VAT current account is not time-barred. Thus, the Court confirms a decision of the Court of Appeal of Liege of June 28, 2019 (2018/RG/149).
