The answer to this question is not the same in all cases. One of the criteria for VAT entrepreneurship is that there must be sustainable conduct in economic transactions. We will discuss this subject on the basis of the classic 2011 Słaby & Kuć judgment ( CJEU 15 September 2011, nos. C-180/10 and C-181/10 ).
