New esterometer, purchases from non-residents and electronic self-billing: timing difficult to respect

There are less than 2 days before the deadline for sending the first streams of the esterometer based on the new procedures in force from 1 July: in fact, Wednesday 13, for the operations carried out on 1 July, the deadline for electronic self-billing of internal purchases via the internet of goods from non-EU subjects (TD19) or (less common case) for special services (TD17) lacking suitable documentation, as well as for sending active operations falling within the immediate time frame (TD01).
