ECJ – Excise Duties – C-166/21
Advocate General Collins concludes that the EC has not demonstrated that Poland has failed to fulfill its obligations in respect of the excise duty exemption for ethyl alcohol. According to the relevant provision, the exemption can be implemented through a refund of the excise duty paid.
