Tax authorities issue more VAT guides and increase scrutiny of taxpayer compliance

With the VAT regime in Oman in place since 16 April 2021, the Oman Tax Authority (OTA) continues to issue guidance for taxpayers on specific aspects of the regime, while intensifying its efforts to ensure that taxpayers meet their compliance obligations.
