Every taxable person identified for VAT purposes must submit a VAT statement to the tax authority, which must contain all the information necessary for the calculation of the tax for which the statement obligation has arisen and for deductions, as well as the total value of transactions related to the calculated tax and the deductions and the value of all exempt transactions.
