The Supreme Administrative Court makes the assessment that deductions cannot be refused on the grounds that it is employees who initially purchase the office equipment. In the Court’s view, it may instead be considered that the company has allowed employees to acquire office equipment on behalf of the company. These are thus purchases in the company’s operations.
