Import of means of production – without VAT, excise duty and duties: a new bill to support business

Bill №7496 proposes to exempt from VAT, excise tax and import duties operations on import into the customs territory of Ukraine in the customs regime of import of means of production (in the amount not exceeding the amount of damage)
