At the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the FPS Finance will grant facilities to VAT taxpayers during the summer holidays of 2022. This mainly concerns a relaxation of the deadlines for submitting their declarations and their intra-Community declarations.
These facilities do not apply to the submission of declarations and payments in the context of ‘One Stop Shop’ (OSS). European regulations do not allow this.
