Article 1 . Amendment of Article 19
1 . Declare Article 19 (3) (5) invalid.
2 . Add the following point 4 to Article 19 (4):
” 4 ) firewood and wood products for heating, electricity and natural gas supplied to household energy consumers as defined in the Law on Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.”
