The French Administrative Supreme Court ruled on 31 March 2022 that several provisions of the administrative guidelines regarding the French digital services tax (DST) were illegal (Conseil d’Etat, 31 March 2022, n° 461058). Consequently, the French tax authorities (FTA) repealed these provisions on 18 May 2022.
