Appeals still inadmissible due to late motivation

The Court of Appeal of The Hague rules on appeal that the crash of the authorized representative’s computer, his unknown illness and the other circumstances do not result in excusable exceeding of the time limit. The compensation awarded for the non-material damage, the costs of the proceedings and the court fee will be annulled.
