As part of the complex requirements to be met to obtain a new IMMEX Program, companies must provide a Statement of Facts to attest to and ensure, among other items, the current conditions of the company in terms of infrastructure and installed capacity to perform the manufacturing process and services activities in Mexico. This is a key requirement for the customs authorities when they are looking for a demonstration of compliance, as well as accuracy and completeness of the supporting documentation required as part of the application procedure.
