A decision of the Council of the European Union allowing Poland to introduce the obligatory National System of e-Invoices appeared in the Internet database of legal acts of the European Union.
Main aspects of the EU Decision:
- Obligatory KSEF would apply from January 1, 2024
- Consent is valid from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026
- Limited to entities based in Poland
- Decision does not mention the necessity to report transactions such as intra-Community acquisition of goods or import of services
