From July 1st, 2022 the VAT return and the books of sales and purchases are automatically filled in by the Fiscalization system. The Central Invoice Platform in Albania consists of a sales book and a purchases book for every taxpayer of fiscalization. These books are based on the invoices submitted to the central tax administration.
