The VAT group system has so far been implemented in 18 European Union countries, and two other countries (Poland and France) are making steps to introduce such a possibility. It was assumed that VAT groups could be established in Poland from July 1, 2022. Ultimately, the Ministry of Finance proposed to postpone the deadline to January 1, 2023.
