The tax Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Tax Authority, The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (“ZATCA”) has announced a tax amnesty for taxpayers/potential taxpayers effective from 1 June 2022 to 30 November 2022.
The Amnesty is expected to cover all tax types and relieve taxpayers from the application of penalties in respect of late Registration penalties, late payment penalties, and late submission of statutory tax returns, the ZATCA announced on its official website here
