The regulations concerning the introduction of the VAT group in Poland, although necessary and attractive for some taxpayers, in their original version were not free from flaws and formulations that raised doubts and practical problems. The changes providing for the postponement of their entry into force and the clarification of the Senate amendments awaiting a vote by the Sejm should allow taxpayers to prepare better and easier for them.
