The Court of The Hague decides that annual subscriptions to the use of a specific sailing yacht do not give the opportunity to practice sports. The accommodation and the sailing yachts are not sports accommodation. The interested party can no longer derive confidence from an incorrect, but corrected, decision on the objection.
