The Bar Association expresses its support for the proposal to introduce, in certain cases, a zero rate of VAT on the supply and installation of solar panels and thus to achieve – also in the Bar Association’s expectation – a substantial reduction of the activities of the Tax Authorities with respect to the VAT refund on solar panels purchased from private individuals. The Bar Association is pleased with the speed with which the introduction of the VAT zero rate is envisaged and understands that, for this reason, it has been decided in the short term to further define the application of the VAT zero rate in order to make its introduction feasible.
