The Trade Inspection and commune guards will get new powers. They will be able to issue tickets to sellers who do not issue receipts for the sale of cigarettes, tobacco and alcohol. Recidivists will be at risk of revoking their permit to trade in alcoholic products. The amendment to the fiscal penal code is to be adopted later this year.
