The amended list of VAT exempt services includes: 1) exclusive rights to inventions; 2) utility models; 3) industrial designs; 4) topologies of integrated circuits; and 5) production secrets (know-how), as well as the rights to use these results of intellectual activity. The amendments enter into force July 1.
