Draft law about implementing electronic invoices has been published in 2021 and the first timeline was started in January 2022 full implementation will be completed with B2B and B2C transactions in January 2023. However, all the timeline was postponed and you can see the new implementation plan below;
- The test phase will be starting in June 2022 to run and check the prototype of the IS EFA which is a platform developed by the government and OpenAPI
- The first phase will start in January 2023 for B2G, G2G, and G2B transactions
The second phase will be expected to start in 2023 and cover B2B and B2C transactions.
