During an executive meeting held on 27 April 2022, China’s State Council decided on policy measures to stabilize jobs and promote employment, as well as measures to address the recent obstruction of logistics in some areas. In relation to logistics, measures include a VAT exemption for express delivery services with effect from 1 May to 31 December 2022.
