The changes are aimed at simplifying the process of confirming the 0% VAT rate when exporting goods by expanding the possibility for taxpayers to submit the necessary information in electronic form. The document simplifies and converts into electronic form the procedure for confirming the validity of applying a zero VAT rate when exporting goods. Including exporters will not need to provide data from the declaration and contract in paper form, TASS reports.
