Determining the place of supply of services is one of the most important elements of the VAT taxation model. It may decide on taxation in Poland or outside the territory of the country, which may involve, inter alia, with the obligation to register for VAT in another country. It turns out that the authorities themselves have problems with correctly indicating the place where services are provided. This is confirmed by the recent interpretation regarding yacht cruises.
