VGH Baden-Württemberg, press release of April 13, 2022 on judgment 2 S 3814/20 of March 29, 2022
As already announced in a press release dated March 30, 2022, the Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg (VGH) ruled on March 29, 2022 that the packaging tax statute of the university city of Tübingen of January 30, 2020 was declared invalid. The full judgment with reasons was served on the parties involved on April 13, 2022.
