The European Commission has launched a public consultation on extending the scope of the Directive on Administrative Cooperation to crypto-assets and electronic money (DAC8). Until 2 June 2021 , interested parties can let the Commission know what they think of the proposal for a directive, before the Commission has finally adopted the proposal.
