The European Commission has agreed that issuing electronic invoices via the National System of e-Invoices shall be obligatory for all Polish taxpayers. However, the ideas of the Ministry of Finance will lead to a situation where many companies will have to run double invoicing systems. Another problem is that e-invoices will require a lot more detailed information.
