The Cyprus Tax Department has published new FAQs on its DAC6 reporting guidance page. The FAQs cover
- General Questions;
- Technical Questions;
- Main Benefit Test Criteria; and
- Specific Hallmark Questions.
The FAQs are currently only available in Greek, although an English version is likely to be published at some point in the future.
