What laws will apply during the war on customs clearance of cars, told the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
What is not paid now:
VAT, excise tax and import duty for individuals importing certain vehicles: cars, bodies for them and trailers, motorcycles, as well as vehicles for the transport of goods, passengers in the amount of 10 people or more.
VAT and import duty on imported goods by entrepreneurs who are in group I-III of the simplified taxation system and are not VAT payers.
