There are currently initiatives for the introduction of electronic invoices (e-invoices) and electronic tax reporting for companies in more and more countries. In Mexico, Italy and Colombia, e-billing has been mandatory for all companies for years. In France, Spain, Poland and Romania, on the other hand, work is currently being done on the gradual introduction of e-invoices and electronic tax returns.
