Poland won against the European Commission before the CJEU regarding the exemption from excise duty on energy products

• On March 16, 2020, a complaint of the European Commission (EC) against Poland was submitted to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
• Today, the Court of Justice of the EU dismissed the EC’s complaint and ordered it to pay the costs of the proceedings.
