Quebec, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and Manitoba now have specific tax laws for digital services that are sold by foreign businesses. These taxes, either called Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Retail Sales Tax (RST), are actually applied on top of Canadian GST/HST.
